Porsche wrote that. Ran it in a magazine, under a photograph of a 964 Turbo walking away from the camera, and left it there. No disclaimer, no safety footnote — just a company that knew exactly what it had built and assumed you did too.
The 964 Turbo was the last of the line: rear-wheel drive, one turbocharger, whale tail up. Everything after it went all-wheel drive and twin-turbo and got a great deal easier to drive quickly. This one still made you ask permission first.
